Champions League Review: PSV hold United, Juventus beat Manchester City

Paschal Nnawunezi       Thursday, 26 November 2015

Real Madrid needed to hold their nerves for a narrow 4-3 win over Shaktar Donestk in Ukraine, despite leading 4-0 at a stage.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s brace and goals from Luka Modric and Carvajal appeared to have set up Madrid for an easy win. But the home side scored three goals in the last minutes to set up a grandstand finish.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic enjoyed his return to Malmo, as Paris Saint-Germain won 5-0 in Sweden.
Angel Di Maria scored a brace, while Rabiot and Lucas Moura also got on the scoresheet, as the Ligue 1 champions went on a rampage.
Manchester City lost 1-0 to Juventus in Turin, while their city rivals, United, were held to a goalless draw at home by PSV.
In other games, Astana drew 2-2 with Benfica, Wolfsburg won 2-0 away at Spartak Moscow and Borussia Mochengladbach defeated Sevilla 4-2.
